Effective Palliative Care for Hospice Transitions

In this multicenter qualitative study, differences in the relationship between palliative care and oncology teams were identified that may mechanistically affect end-of-life patient outcomes. These findings are important to ensure the delivery of high-quality care for all patients with cancer.
