Consensus on Sclerotherapy for Patients With Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia–Related Epistaxis

Is there sufficient information in the literature on the proper use of sclerotherapy for the treatment of patients with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia–related epistaxis?In this survey study, a Delphi consensus among 6 international experts provided 30 statements defining different aspects of the technique from patient preparation to advice on the proper performance of the procedure, adverse effects, and postprocedure considerations.These statements provide physicians with a useful tool for using sclerotherapy in their daily clinical practice.
