What are the effects of oveporexton, an oral orexin receptor 2 (OX2R) agonist, on cognitive symptoms in narcolepsy type 1 (NT1)?This secondary analysis of exploratory outcomes from a phase 2 randomized clinical trial reports moderate- to large-magnitude effects of oveporexton on cognitive measures in adults with NT1.These findings suggest that OX2R stimulation with oveporexton can improve cognitive symptoms in adults with NT1.
