What is the impact of menopause on the risk of multiple sclerosis (MS) disability progression?In this longitudinal cohort study, including 987 women with MS, menopause was not associated with an increased risk of confirmed disability progression or secondary progressive MS.In this study, menopause was not the primary driver of MS clinical progression in women at midlife.
