Concordance Between Amyloid-PET Quantification and Real-World Visual Reads

What is the concordance between real-world visual reads and central quantification of amyloid positron emission tomography?In this cross-sectional analysis of 10 350 real-world amyloid positron emission tomography scans, high concordance was found between local visual reads and central quantification.Findings support the validity of amyloid positron emission tomography visual reads acquired in the community.
