Do abiraterone and enzalutamide have comparable outcomes in patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer? In this cohort study using data from 1569 US veterans, those receiving abiraterone and enzalutamide had similar estimated rates of tumor growth and overall survival. These findings did not change after performing either inverse probability weighting or 1:1 exact matching. These findings suggest abiraterone and enzalutamide have comparable outcomes in patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer.
