What factors are associated with overall survival in early-onset non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in patients aged 18 to 50 years? In this cohort study of 18 595 adults with early-onset NSCLC, overall survival differed significantly based on stage at diagnosis and modifiable factors, including time from diagnosis to treatment, household income, and residential setting. These findings suggest the need for earlier detection and targeted efforts to reduce socioeconomic disparities in adults with early-onset NSCLC.
