Does a telehealth-delivered mindfulness group medical visit program delivered in primary care for persons with chronic low back pain improve pain intensity and interference compared with usual care?In this randomized clinical trial including 451 patients with chronic low back pain at general internal medicine and family medicine clinics in 3 US states, the mindfulness intervention reduced pain intensity and interference at 6 months compared with usual care.A telehealth-delivered mindfulness group medical visit program delivered in primary care may improve pain intensity and interference among patients with chronic low back pain.
