Management of Orthostatic Hypotension

All patients with orthostatic symptoms—along with other select patient groups—should be evaluated for orthostatic hypotension. Nonpharmacological treatments are first line, and medication decisions should be tailored based on clinical presentation and relevant comorbidities.
