Which lifestyle intervention design is most effective for reducing blood pressure in children?In this systematic review, community-based lifestyle interventions were found to be effective at reducing blood pressure in the pediatric population, with a multicomponent intervention likely to be most effective.Results indicate that community-based lifestyle interventions are effective at reducing blood pressure in children, particularly those with a multicomponent design that includes elements of physical activity and nutrition.
