How does video biofeedback compare with respiratory retraining therapy (RRT) in the treatment of inducible laryngeal obstruction (ILO)?In this randomized clinical trial including 54 participants, the mean (SD) change in Dyspnea Index scores at 1 month posttreatment was −3.54 (4.75) points for the biofeedback group and −4.15 (4.44) points for the RRT group. There was no difference between the 2 treatment groups.Video biofeedback was not different from RRT in treatment of ILO, and its use may present advantages in certain patient populations.
