IGF-1R Inhibitor IBI311 for the Treatment of Active Thyroid Eye Disease in Chinese Patients

What are the efficacy and safety profiles of IBI311, an insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor inhibitor, in Chinese patients with active thyroid eye disease (TED)?In this phase 3 randomized clinical trial, a significantly higher proportion of participants treated with IBI311 achieved a proptosis response compared with those receiving placebo at week 24, with no new safety issues not identified in previous clinical trials.Among Chinese adults with active TED, IBI311 demonstrated superiority on proptosis response compared with placebo, and the improvement was clinically relevant.
