What is the efficacy of nivolumab and ipilimumab combination treatment in patients with advanced mismatch repair–deficient/microsatellite instability–high (dMMR/MSI-H) noncolorectal cancers?In this phase 2 nonrandomized clinical trial including 52 patients with dMMR/MSI-H noncolorectal cancers, an objective response rate of 63% and a 6-month progression-free survival of 71% was observed.Nivolumab and ipilimumab showed significant activity in dMMR/MSI-H noncolorectal cancers and represent a treatment option besides anti–programmed cell death 1 monotherapy.
