What are the outcomes of sintilimab plus axitinib for treatment of patients with advanced fumarate hydratase–deficient renal cell carcinoma (FH-deficient RCC)?In this nonrandomized clinical trial, 41 patients with advanced FH-deficient RCC received at least 1 cycle of sintilimab plus axitinib. The objective response rate was 56%, with a median progression-free survival of 19.8 months and a manageable safety profile. These promising findings suggest that sintilimab plus axitinib warrants further investigation in patients with FH-deficient RCC.
