Survival Outcomes in Low vs Null Advanced Gastric Cancer

Do survival outcomes differ between patients with -low and -null advanced gastric cancer?In this cohort study including 522 patients, those with -low gastric cancer had significantly shorter progression-free and overall survival than those with -null disease; however, status was not independently associated with survival outcomes.The findings suggest differences in survival between -low and -null gastric cancer may be largely attributable to underlying clinical characteristics rather than expression.
