Among patients undergoing radical cystectomy for bladder cancer, does perioperative specialized immunonutrition reduce 30-day postoperative complications compared with standard isocaloric nutrition? In this randomized clinical trial of 178 evaluable adults undergoing radical cystectomy, 62.2% of patients receiving immunonutrition and 58.0% receiving standard isocaloric nutrition experienced at least one 30-day complication.
