Three-Year Patient-Reported Outcomes From Bimekizumab for Plaque Psoriasis

What are the short- and long-term benefits of bimekizumab in outcomes reported by patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis?In the phase 3b BE RADIANT randomized clinical trial of 743 patients and open-label extension with 654 patients, bimekizumab improved patient-reported symptoms and health-related quality of life, alongside clinical outcomes, as early as week 4 and through 3 years.These findings support bimekizumab’s durable ability to resolve signs and symptoms and meaningfully improve health-related quality of life for patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
