Subretinal Fluid After Repeated Low-Level Red Light Therapy

This case report describes an 11-year-old boy who developed unilateral subretinal fluid, choroidal thickening, and mild vision loss after prolonged repeated low-level red light therapy for myopia control, with partial improvement after discontinuing treatment.
