This cohort study of patients undergoing ultrasonography-guided core needle biopsy of pelvic lesions found the procedure to be safe, diagnostically adequate, and well-tolerated. These findings support the procedure’s broader implementation in selected patients to reduce the need for diagnostic surgery and associated morbidity.
