Multiple Endotypes and Angina Burden in Patients With Nonobstructive Coronary Arteries

How do combinations of endotypes in angina with nonobstructive coronary arteries (ANOCA) affect patient symptoms?In this cross-sectional study of 485 patients undergoing comprehensive coronary function testing, overlapping ANOCA endotypes were common and patients with multiple endotypes had worse overall angina burden.These findings indicate that different ANOCA endotypes frequently coexist and are associated with worse symptoms.
