To apply for access to embargoed content and the JAMA Network journals, you first must create a free account. You then will be automatically redirected to a short application form. If media access is granted, you access is associated with the email address you used during the application process. You can update that here. You will be required to renew annually and we will send an email reminder about how to complete that process. If you fail to renew, you will lose access.
