Breast Cancer Survival in Asian American Patients

What factors are associated with the decreased mortality after breast cancer diagnosis observed among Asian American females compared with non-Latina White females in the US?In this cohort study including 8994 females, Chinese, Filipina, and Japanese females had significantly lower all-cause mortality than non-Latina White females, even after adjustment for multiple clinical, sociodemographic, and lifestyle factors.This cohort study did not find any pattern of specific factors driving mortality differences between Asian and White females, despite the detailed information available.
