Legal Tetrahydrocannabinol in the US—Regulatory Loopholes

This Viewpoint identifies regulatory loopholes in the legal manufacture and sale of nonmedical products with intoxicating tetrahydrocannabinol levels in the US, and it calls for increased congressional oversight and research funding to address these regulatory gaps.
