A previously healthy woman in her 30s presented with a diffuse maculopapular rash, most prominently on her legs, with pitted necrotic spots, black eschar, and serous fluid weeping with diffuse edema. Histopathology showed areas with abnormal aggregates composed almost entirely of small T cells with no significant cytomorphologic atypia and numerous admixed eosinophils. What is your diagnosis?
